Want to be even more involved beyond the course of this single weekend? Join our organizing team as we put together this event and other AR/VR events, like our hackathon in the spring. Multiple technical and nontechnical positions available. Contact email@example.com for more details.
Any current undergraduate or graduate student at the University of Maryland, College Park is eligible to attend our event. Unfortunately, we are unable to open registrations to high school students or other college students at this time.
In order to check-in, you must bring your UMD University ID Card on both days. We also recommend you bring a laptop, chargers, and whatever else you normally bring with you to class.
Zero. Zip. Nada. Just get yourself over to the CSIC building and we'll take care of the rest!
Only those who have completed registration will be allowed to check in to the event, so we highly, highly recommend you do so. Walk-ins are still welcomed, however they will be placed on the waitlist until half-way through the opening ceremony and will only be let inside on a space-available basis.
No worries! Most people don't. We will have an idea brainstorm and team formation session towards the end of our first day. In fact, many attendees will find inspiration for their idea and meet people with like interests while taking part in the first day's activities.
No prior coding experience is necessary to attend our event. We'll have plenty of workshops for both beginners and experts so that everyone is able to learn and create a meaningful project.
